Purpose of the project: To determine regularities of cross-breeding between wheat and maize in order to improve effectiveness of this method, develop homozygotic lines of winter wheat, and use these lines in wheat breeding programs; To assess possibilities for transferring of maize DNA to wheat genone using AFLP analysis.
