Purposes of the Project:

  1. To perform a search for DNA intermicrosatellite markers for marking clover species T. pratense, T.diffusum and interspecies hybrids i
  2. To study polymorphism of hybrid populations (T. pratense x T.diffusum) using the DNA fingerprinting method
  3. To perform a search for DNA markers, related to the seediness characteristic in clover of uncrossed lines.
