SDS-PAGE electrophoresis equipment

Technical capability: Vertical measurements of glass plates of electrophoresis equipment are 33 x 45 cm. Comb and set of gaskets: 0.25 mm and 0.35 mm thick. Two types of comb (0.25 mm and 0.35 mm thick), corresponding to width of operational gel, with 96 teeth. There are integrated chambers for buffer and platinum electrodes, level index is mounted as well as implements for gel DNA sequence, analysis of microsatellites etc. (gaskets, snaps etc.). Supply source EV 233: 3000 V voltage; 300 mA flow; 300W power; stabilization according to flow, voltage, power; automatic restoration of working mode in case of shutdown of flow supply.
