Technical capability: Chamber measurements: 400 x 600 mm. Effective volume is 75 l. Chamber is made of stainless steel. Maximum pressure is 0.235 MPa. Sterilization temperature is from 105 to 135ºC. Melting temperature of feeding environment is from +60 to +135ºC. Constant temperature is maintained and there is additional controller - temperature after sterilization is regulated in a range of 30 - 95 ºC. Sterilization time is from 1 to 999 min. (i.e. up to 166 hours). Supply 220/230 V, one phase, 50/60 Hz. Power input is 3.5 kW (this is a special power for the first phase model).
