A company Euroimmun (Lubeck, Germany) produces reagents for laboratoric diagnosis; develops diagnosis systems for autoimmune diseases, infections, and a set of specific antibodies of allergies. The main applied methods are: non direct immunofluorescence analysis, immunofermentic analysis (ELISA), various modifications of immunoblot (Western blot, Euroassay, Euroline) and other molecular biological technologies. A company is a world leader in producing molecular diagnosis reagents. Antigenes, obtained using biotechnological method are used for imunofermentic analysis; some of these antigens are synthesized in molecular biology laboratories of the company.
