Australian Animal Health Laboratory (AAHL) of Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organization, Geelon, Australia, develops diagnostic tests of animal viruses, diagnosis virusal infections during epidemics, produces new bioactive products, and develops new biomaterials and biomarkers as well. Laboratory offers new methods of biological separation for studies of proteins and carbohydrates biochemistry and proteomics, characterizes biologically active molecules, and performs proteomic analysis of microorganisms, identifies new biomarkers for disease diagnostics and develops vaccines. Organization provides proteomic analysis of pathogens of viruses; a big attention is given to proteomic studies of micro bacteria.
