Technical capability: Multicolour fluorescence and chemiluminescence – wide spectrum of fluorescence colours and marks, including ethidium bromide. Possibility to scan and analyze samples marked by isotopes: Wide spectrum of isotopes, including 32P, 33P, 14C, 35S and 3H. Large area of detection/scanning, up to 40 x 45 cm; density of scanning pixels 16-bits (not less than 65,000 pixels in grey scale). Source of activating samples is 2 lasers: 635 nm, 473 nm. Possibility to connect additional lasers: up to 4 lasers. Scanning resolution: 10 µm. Set of fluorescence filters: 510 nm, 575 nm, 665 nm. Very sensitive disc and cassette of image reproduction are intended for autoradiography 35x43 cm. Equipment of analyzing image restoration discs 40 x 46 cm.
