Average volume < µl/pump modules. Interval of pressure: 0 – 24 Mpa (250 bar, 3625 psi). Sample loading pump: Interval of flowing speed: 0.1 – 50 ml/min, operational speed: 0—1.0 Mpa. Viscosity is 5 cP; 10 cP to the smallest. Detector of wave of changeable length is 190 – 700 nm, up to 3 lengths of wave at one time.

pH detector; pH interval: 2-12. Permeability detector: 1 µS/cm – 999.9 mS/cm.

Buffer selection: up to 8 buffers. PC and programmable equipment for process control: Pentium II/333. Collector of fractions: for 2, 18 and 30 mm tubes, microplates (96-holes), up to 250 ml containers. Carrying of multifold sample: up to 8 samples. Temperature of operation (°C) 4 – 40. Sample loading loop 1-5 ml, 1-50 ml, 1-150 ml.

Combination with solutions: combinable with all usual chromatographic solutions.
