Technical capability: Interval of stimulation: 200-700 nm. Interval of scanning speed: 20 – 3000 nm/min or more. Interval of emission: 220-700 nm. Precision of wave length ± 0.3 nm or more. Repetition of wave length ± 0.1 nm or more precise.

Light source: Deuter lamp, wolfram lamp or helium lamp. Type of detector: photodiode, photocopier or CCD camera. Light scattering 220 nm: < 0.03 %.

Peltier – thermostated holder of cuvette with temperature sensor. Temperature range: 5 oC – 100 oC, precision ± 0.1 oC, repetition ± 0.1 oC

Additional components for analyzer of fast reaction: T system, consisting of two (currently it is one) identical channels of detection (detector and amplifier), stimulating polarizer (wave length from 220 nm), two polarizers of emission (from 300 nm).

They are easily fixed on current device. Full software of management and data analysis. Modes of detection: polarization, anisotropy and total emission; automatic regulation of detector sensitivity and correction of G-factor and basic line;

Sensitivity: 50 nM fluorescence. Annex of spectral/kinetic analysis, easily integrated computer controlled monochromator of detection/stimulation channel; Spectral/kinetic software of global analysis, second line. Device of mixing double reagents is fixed on current device. Format of mixing two pistons A+B ><C. Fast detection cuvette may be mounted/changed. Mixing time is not worse than 0.5 ms, optic path is 5 and 1 mm.
