Volumes of samples for plate of 96 seats 10-50 µl, for plate of 384 seats 5-30 µl. Temperature control 180C – 700C. Laser of Argon ions, laser of vine ray, 488 and 514,5 nm.

Control PC with integrated software for control of equipment operation and data analysis. DNA fragment analysis: possibility to use system of 5 colours. Supply 220-240 V, 50/60 Hz.

Centrifuge, refrigerated, used on desk

Technical capability: Regulated temperature -9 to 40 o C. Fast freezing up to 40C per 15 minutes. Set of rotors for Falcon tubes. Operational volume up to 1500-2000 ml. Speed 4000-5000 rpm. Automatic voice control.
